Firms want those associates who can help them achieve their goals, and they look to Jared Marks & Associates to confidentially and efficiently provide legal talent they might not otherwise attract on their own. Most firms look to Jared Marks & Associates for law firm associates with 2-7 years of legal experience in a specific practice area who can join their law firm and make an immediate impact.

2. Partners and Practice Groups. Firms turn to Jared Marks & Associates to expand strategically into new practice areas or geographical locations. We identify Partners and Practice Groups who have portable books of business and are looking to change firms. The majority of the Partners and Practice groups we represent are looking to increase their compensation and/or move to a firm with a better reputation.

3. In-house Attorneys. Jared Marks & Associates locate and match attorneys with positions in corporate legal departments for many of the major corporations in Las Vegas and the Southwest. Candidates typically have previous in-house legal experience or are currently working at a law firm in the following practice areas: Corporate Securities, Real Estate, Labor and Employment and General Transactional Law.
